“Delfin Lend Lease has conducted initial discussions with Tim Quinn about the possibility of assisting with the formulation of an affordable housing strategy for Yarrabilba,” Mr Gibson said.
“No arrangements have been finalised and discussions have been put on hold, pending Mr Quinn’s return from overseas.
“Delfin Lend Lease has lodged the first development application with Beaudesert Shire Council to develop a 2000 hectare site known as Yarrabilba.
“The plans will see Yarrabilba become one of Australia’s largest masterplanned communities with an estimated population of 52,000 people.”
